Prepare insulation blanket.
2.
Press lacing-anchor through blanket.
 3.
Secure lacing-anchor with self locking washer.
4.
Bend on clip-off spindle.
5.
Apply insulation blanket.
6.
Secure blanket by lacing through hooks with lacing wire.
