Stud Welding Systems with Microcomputer Control for Capacitor Discharge Welding

Features:

- Microcomputer Control : 8 programs can be stored ( charging voltage ).  Library with stored welding parameters.  Custom specific entries possible.  Menu in different languages.
-Process Sequence Control: Record and evaluation of influential factors during welding process via the Process-Analysis-Factor (PAF). After each weld, a comparison between measured and reference PAF value is carried out, Allowable tolerances to reference value can be preset.
-Function control: Automation function test of the power unit after switching on. Monitoring of internal unit functions. Lift test at gap welding guns and welding heads indication of failure and reasons on display.
