Power Unit for CD Studwelding
DESCRIPTION

- Cost-effective power unit for a wide range of capacitor discharge studwelding applications (gap- and contact-welding)
- Especially suited for problematic surface e.G. galvanized sheets)
- Compact and very strong metal housing to withstand rough conditions on job sites
- Protection for high voltage fluctuations (-25% up to 20%)
- For contact-welding use gun C 08, suitable for mild steel, stainless steel
- The gap-welding gun CA 08 is also suited for aluminium, brass and copper
- Easy to operate. Fine adjustment of charging voltage through arrow keys (corresponds to energy setting)
- Library function, automatic preset of charging voltage by selection of the stud metric diameter
- Self control increases electrical safety - Electronic protected solenoids
- Automatic switching off at overheating
- Easy control of all functions by LED indications
- Alternation of polarity can be done for extreme difficult materials (normal is + ground, - gun)
